Visit Google Drive and choose a folder you want to share.
Click Share and then click Advanced.
Under Invite type firstname.lastname@example.org
Choose View only access.
Uncheck Notify to avoid a misleading mailer message.
Copy a Link to share and click OK.
Finally, you should choose add this link to any knowledge collections you want.
To do that, we provide a simple tool in your Slack workspace.
Just type /memonia collections.
If you don't have any knowledge collections defined, you should define at least one. Knowledge collections give you complete control to assign the knowledge from particular Google Drive folders to the appropriate Slack channels.
You can add a Google Drive link to any of your collections using a context menu option "Add a Google Drive link".
